About the Hall…

Blackwater Hall is situated approximately 10 miles north of Blairgowrie, on the main A93 route from Perth to Braemar. Set amid the beautiful countryside of rural Perthshire, the hall provides an ideal base for groups, organisations and visitors wishing to enjoy the many outdoor activities the area has to offer, or simply relax and enjoy a peaceful break.

The hall is managed by a dedicated committee of local volunteers who organise a variety of fundraising events throughout the year, including Burns Suppers, barbecues, quizzes and other community activities.

Blackwater Hall is available to hire and can provide sleeping accommodation for up to 32 people, using a combination of bunk beds and camp beds. The hall is centrally heated and offers a range of practical facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen, drying room, toilets and showers.

Set within its own grounds, the hall provides plenty of space for outdoor activities, as well as a barbecue and picnic area, making it particularly suitable for group stays and social gatherings.

The hall can also be hired for private functions, including weddings, birthday parties and other celebrations, with a maximum capacity of 100 people. It is also available to local residents, clubs and organisations looking for a convenient and welcoming place to hold meetings and community activities.
